Refund and returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The item you are trying to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that some of our products are made to order (ex: leather goods) – as a consequence this good cannot be accepted for returns or refunds unless they present defects or fabrication flaws. Each product is inspected before delivery and we ensure they fit our products standards of quality.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, products such as personalized goods (pen cases and others), notebooks (used), fountain pen inks (open packaging/used).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
In case that the product(s) we shipped is (are) different from what you ordered or we made other errors concerning your order, we will reimburse your return shipping cost, in the limit of the initial shipping cost (or maximum $15).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition (used) is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error might be eligible only for a partial refund.
Any item must be returned within 15 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, once we determine, the agreed amount will be refunded. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days from us receiving the returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is credited towards your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund will be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within our available stock.
(We can’t exchange items from limited editions if they are sold out on our website, and we will offer an in-store credit that you can use to exchange your item). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@mightandwit.co .

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, contact us at store@mightandwit.co .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR / 55 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
